About Reservations
・Since this is a face-to-face treatment, there are limited bookings available per day.
When do you want your hair to look nice?
If you have any questions, please make your next reservation when you visit.
I recommend you to keep it in.
It is especially recommended to make a reservation for the long menu.
This will be difficult, so please make a reservation in advance.
・If you have previously had your hair dyed, bleached, or straightened, or dyed black, please let us know in advance.
Regarding lateness and changes to treatment
・If you are going to be late, please arrive by the appointed time.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your treatment time will be limited.
Please understand that the content we can provide will change.

If we don't hear from you
・If you don't hear from us even after the appointment time has passed,
If you are 15 minutes late without permission, your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
In this case, you will be required to pay 100% of the scheduled treatment amount as a cancellation fee.
We will not be accepting any future reservations, so thank you for your understanding.
